We specialise in premium venison and sustainable deer management. With access to over 2,000 acres of the beautiful Dorset countryside, we primarily harvest Japanese Sika Deer, Roe & Fallow. Our dedicated team of four skilled stalkers bring over 25 years of combined experience in deer stalking and hunting to ensure the highest quality meat reaches the market. Our venison ‘food miles’ are almost in single digits, but no further than 30 miles.
